Thank you for supporting Huaywasi and our mission of fair trade and education. All products will ship out every Saturday unless otherwise noted! If you need your product in less turn-around time, please contact Huaywasi@lightandleadership.org immediately after placing your order and we'll see what we can do!

Taxes: Illinois residents will be charged sales tax.

Shipping: Shipping is calculated based on United States Postal Service real-time carrier rates--ensuring you get the best available shipping rate from USPS. You may choose the shipping option that suits you best. At this time, we do not ship via other carriers.

A note on shipping: As of March 10th, 2020  we will provide free US shipping for orders $60 or more! Thank you for being understanding of our shipping changes as international shipping costs have risen over the past couple of years.

International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Returns and Exchanges: 

We appreciate you supporting Huaywasi and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you need to exchange or return a product for any reason, please email huaywasi@lightandleadership.org or call +1(781) 898 4292 and we will help you process your return/exchange. 

Only new, unused products will be accepted for exchange or return. All exchanges or returns must happen within 30 calendar days. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, however, if you are exchanging an item, we’ll ship it back to you at no extra cost to you. Shipping charges are not refunded to the customer and Huaywasi cannot be held responsible for lost items in transit for return/exchange shipments. 

Returns:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges on all items within 30 days of purchase for unused and unworn products. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at huaywasi@lightandleadership.org. It must be included in your exchange.

The customer is be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs for the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
